‘We re-launched the Birmingham office in early 2008 and have gone from strength to strength. Birmingham is a major insurance centre and all the major players have a presence in the area. In practice, this means that you are under constant pressure to deliver and are often judged by how well you stand up against your competitors.

By building on our existing liability capabilities we now have full strength teams in property, motor and professional indemnity. In 2009 we upgraded our Contractors All Risks capability and extended our product range to include Trade Credit.

Brokers are seeing real evidence of the impact we have made, and we wish to build on that through 2009 with all our broker partners and offer a genuine alternative to our local competitors.’
