QBE’s new partnership with CunninghamLindsey, loss adjusters, provides amajor incident response service to policyholders. This service is free to the insured and is the first service of its kind offered by the UK motor insurance industry.
We aim to provide comprehensive support as well as practical, medical and financial assistance to the victims of any major motor incident. In addition we will endeavour to provide protection to the brand names of the insured and QBE.
On notification of a serious incident we will deploy a highly skilled team to work with the emergency services at the scene of the accident where possible and also in the following days and weeks.
Our team will:
• Make alternative travel arrangements for displaced persons
• Assist with accommodation where required
• Assist relatives of the injured in making contact
• Provide medical and psychological rehabilitation services through Corpore (Rehabilitation provider)
• Manage all media enquiries
